Trading product knowledge with Mark Zuckerberg

Hi there. My name is Charles Du. Also known as Product Charles.

I was born in China and grew up in the United States.

My purpose in life is to grow. I grow through teaching, traveling, and playing. I love playing soccer, practicing yoga, and taking photos with my iPhone.

I grow “career transitioners” and “accidental product managers”  into irreplaceable product managers by teaching them product management skills that help them become indispensable at their job.

Unlike other trainings out there, the stuff I teach is proven, unique, and fun. My knowledge comes from leading teams at bleeding-edge companies like NASA, Apple, and Singularity University.

Product Management Background

I designed NASA’s first iPhone app (10+ million downloads, 2+ million hits per day, NASA’s Software of the Year Award), Ticketmaster’s mobile apps ($3+ million in sales per day, 2 patents), and the Airbnb for cars ($1 billion valuation, Techcrunch Disrupt Award, 2 patents).

I was also recruited by Apple to teach mobile product management and UX design at schools all over the US and at WWDC.

Working at Apple gave me unique insight on how functional, beautiful products are designed.

By learning my unique systems, my students grow into indispensable rockstars instead of replaceable commodities.
